Of course it should read 'Meet this year's best and brightest in the remodeling industry under 40', because being well over 40 I know that many of the best and brightest are well over 40!
To be successful you need to treat your employees more like partners and less like employees. I am not suggesting an open book culture or sharing your deepest secrets. I suggest you delegate more and micromanage less. Trust your crew with responsibilities and they will be happy to be part of your team. Save
